Day Walk-ins will cost $40 per person per day; therefore, we recommend registering for the weekend.

Nearest Airports:
Eugene Airport (EUG) – Primary Option
Distance: ~33 miles (about 45–50 minutes by car)
Location: Eugene, OR
Note: The most convenient and closest airport. Regional airport with connections to major hubs like Seattle, San Francisco, Denver, and Salt Lake City.
Portland International Airport (PDX)
Distance: ~130 miles (about 2.5–3 hours by car)
Location: Portland, OR
Note: Major international airport. Best for travelers needing broader airline options or more affordable flights.
Rogue Valley International–Medford Airport (MFR)
Distance: ~135 miles (roughly 2.5 hours)
Location: Medford, OR
Note: Smaller regional airport. Not as convenient as Eugene or Portland, but an option depending on flight routes.
Suggested Travel Note for Attendees:
Fly into Eugene (EUG) for the closest and most convenient arrival. From there, it’s an easy 45-minute scenic drive to Triangle Lake.
For broader flight options, PDX in Portland is about 3 hours away by car.
